Do you have retail hours?
No, we do not have retail hours. We sell our frozen products and mixes through several retail stores (Where to Buy). We ship our dry mixes directly to our customers on our online store.

Do you ship directly to customers?
Yes, we ship our dry mixes directly to our customers within the United States. We do have the ability to ship our frozen products, but it requires costly overnight shipping.

Does Tracey's Treats plan to offer other products?
Yes, in the summer of 2008 we introduced our new Outstanding Oat Bread mix. We will continue to add more products in the future.

Are you a strictly gluten free facility?
Yes. Our entire family eats gluten free because of Celiac Disease, so we are very sensitive to the serious issue of cross-contamination, and we regularly eat what we manufacture.
Tracey's Treats manufactures products in a gluten free environment. We purchase our gluten free flours from a trusted, dedicated gluten free manufacturer, and we verify from our other ingredient manufacturers their products' gluten free status.

When will you offer your products nationwide?
We are now able to offer our dry mixes nationwide. We are in the planning stages for expansion which will enable us to seek a national distributor for Tracey’s Treats’ frozen products within the next few years.
