Iced Cinnamon Rolls
Use nonstick spray or melted butter to cover bottom of nonmetal baking dish. Place roll(s) in dish. Allow to thaw for 2 or more hours.
Bake uncovered dish in upper third of preheated 350°F oven for 20 minutes, or until very lightly browned on top.
Remove from oven. Spread White Icing on the roll(s) while still warm.
White Icing
1 cup of sifted confectioners’ sugar
1 Tbsp. milk or water
1/4 tsp. vanilla
For single roll, combine a small amount of sifted confectioners’ sugar and enough milk or water to make it spreading consistency. Add a little vanilla flavoring, if desired.

Mix together melted butter and corn syrup
in a nonmetal baking dish. Sprinkle brown sugar, then chopped pecans, if desired, on top. Place frozen cinnamon roll(s) on next. Let thaw for 2 or more hours.
Place uncovered dish in upper third of preheated 350°F oven. Bake for 20 min.
Place parchment paper or waxed paper on work surface (tip: a lined jelly roll pan works well to contain the sauce). Using oven mitts, remove roll(s) from oven; let sit for 2 minutes. Carefully turn the dish over onto the piece of waxed or parchment paper, allowing the roll to fall onto the paper and the caramel sauce to drip onto the roll. Then use a spatula to turn the rolls over to coat the other side with sauce, if desired.
Caution: Sauce will be very hot. Allow to cool before touching. If hot caramel sauce gets on skin, wipe off immediately.

Speed Method
Simply prepare rolls as directed above, but instead of letting them thaw, bake them immediately in the upper third of a preheated 350°F oven for 30-35 minutes, or until lightly browned.
