Directions:

OPEN: Open Package.

THAW: Let Tracey's Treats Frozen Millet Bread Dough Rise in a warm, draft-free area, or in the refrigerator overnight. For best results, allow to rise just until dough is completely thawed and risen to just over the top of pan, appox. 6-8 hours.

For faster thaw time: Preheat oven to 180°, then turn oven off. Place pan in warmed oven. Let rise until dough reaches the top of the pan, approx. 2-3 hours. Take the risen bread out of the oven while the oven is being preheated to 375° for baking.

BAKE: Preheat oven to 375° F. Bake for 45 minutes in the middle of the oven; after the first 10 minutes, cover loosely with aluminum foil to prevent overbrowning.

Carefully remove bread from pan and allow to cool on a rack.

For a softer crust cover loaf with a towel as it cools, and/or rub top of loaf with butter or margarine.

Total bake time: 45 minutes.
Yield: One loaf.
